BreakoutEDU brings the escape room to the classroom.  Students must work together to solve challenging problems and find clues that will unlock a series of locks on a box.  The cross-curricular clues provide content area focus to either introduce topics or review concepts learned in the classroom.  This activity has students moving, communicating, collaborating, problem solving, and having fun at the same time!

Session participants will observe a group of students maneuver through the BreakoutEDU process.  Afterwards, a debrief and reflection session will help participants understand and expand the process and apply these concepts in their classrooms.
